Here at Logro Farms, we pride ourselves on our sustainable farming model that utilizes waste to grow food. It is a symbiotic approach to agriculture, taking waste from local businesses and using as organic fertilizer – to take as much waste as we can to grow as much food as we can.

Farm to table is the concept of purchasing locally grown food directly from the source. This means that less time and fewer hands have affected your food. It is a phrase and concept bring tossed around with more and more frequency as consumers become more environmental sensitive and community minded.
Farm to table means fresher ingredients for yourself and your family, but it also includes benefits like supporting the local economy, investing in quality and value and supporting local partnerships.
Logro has harnessed this model and currently specializes in the production of gourmet mushrooms, natural produce and grow-at-home food products. The unique and delicious farming system diverts agricultural waste away from Austin landfills and recycles the materials into healthy food. We are also partnering with Jester King Brewery to recycle their brewery waste and turn it into pizza toppings for Stanley’s Farmhouse Pizza.
